We draw on our experience as marketing consultants, where we have honed our skills in digital marketing, and our role as managers for Focus Telemarketing, where we were responsible for 50+ sales consultants and customers, such as Norlys, Stofa, OK, and Sambla Group. It was during our time at Focus Telemarketing that we faced a need for more employees, which led us to develop the recruitment solution we offer today.
We quickly discovered that we were not the only ones facing the same problem, of being able to continuously acquire new employees predictably.
